The moderator and panelists will each share a positive 'disruption in action' story that impacted their career growth and views of business. Seeing the growth of diversity in leadership supports innovation and creativity within organizations and opportunities for new ideas to gain traction. The goal of the future is to include diversity in all ways - age, ethnicity, gender, and orientation - supporting collaborative approaches reflective in creative design solutions for products and the built environment.
